In Jerusalem wurde die 19 Tourteilnehmer von einem geräumigen Reisebus umverfrachtet in einen Mini-Bus, der bis auf den letzten Platz besetzt war, unbequem, eng und im Grunde genommen kein Stauraum für Taschen, Rucksäcke usw. Alle Passagiere mussten ihr Gepäck auf den Schoß nehmen. Dies war im Angebot nicht erwähnt und somit entsprach die gebuchte und bezahlte Dienstleistung nicht den Tatsachen. Einige Gäste klagten anschließ...”
